Saint-Witz (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ vits]) is a commune in the Val-d'Oise department in Île-de-France in northern France.

Geography

Climate

Saint-Witz has a oceanic climate (Köppen climate classification Cfb). The average annual temperature in Saint-Witz is 11.9 °C (53.4 °F). The average annual rainfall is 676.8 mm (26.65 in) with December as the wettest month. The temperatures are highest on average in July, at around 20.0 °C (68.0 °F), and lowest in January, at around 4.0 °C (39.2 °F). The highest temperature ever recorded in Saint-Witz was 41.4 °C (106.5 °F) on 25 July 2019; the coldest temperature ever recorded was −12.3 °C (9.9 °F) on 7 January 2009.
