Bellegarde, Gard

Bellegarde (French pronunciation: [bɛlɡaʁd] (listen); Provençal: Bèlagarda) is a commune in the Gard départment in southern France.

The village was the birthplace of Batisto Bonnet (1844–1925), a noted writer in the Provençal dialect.
