American singer and songwriter Beyoncé has released eight studio albums, five live albums, three compilation albums, five EPs, one soundtrack album, and two karaoke albums. To date, Beyoncé has sold over 200 million records worldwide as a solo artist, making her one of the best-selling music artists of all time. Billboard ranked her as the 37th greatest artist of all time.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) recognized her as the Top Certified Artist of the 2000s decade. According to RIAA, Beyoncé has sold 30.5 million albums in the United States. As of November 2023, the RIAA lists her total certified sales as a solo artist (including features) as over 174 million in the United States.

Beyoncé's career began as the lead vocalist of Destiny's Child. She released her first solo album, Dangerously in Love (2003), during the hiatus of Destiny's Child. In 2020, the album was placed at number 32 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list.
