Céline Delbecq


Céline Delbecq (born 6 March 1986 in Tournai) is a Belgian actress, writer and director. She was awarded the 2010 André Praga Prize and was short listed for the 2022 Maeterlinck Prize.

Life

She studied at the Mons Conservatory. In March 2009, she founded the Compagnie la Bête Noire, Brussels, for which she wrote and directed plays.

She worked with the Théâtre des Ilets, at the National Drama Center of Nancy, and at the Rideau of Brussels.
